Hey neighbors, I wanted to share a few things that have been happening. First, I´ve seen strangers entering the pool.. the other day we saw 3 homeless I don´t know if taking a shower, but they were in the pool for about 5 minutes and left. And we have seen other people coming in with their swimming suits and pool stuff, and then leave. I´m so sure they don´t live here. Is just so we all stay alarm if we see a stranger, because I really not feel safe using the pool by myself now. Anyone can get in. Also there´s this creepy dude that followed me on the street the other day, I was so scared, and a week later I saw him around building 2. As creep as the same day, he tried to get close to me. I´m just saying all of this, so we are all aware, and everyone takes care. Stay safe.

In case anyone else tuned in or was interested in the hearing about the rezoning for this property, it didn’t make it on the agenda tonight. I reached out to the city’s contact on the notice we had received and received this response: “I made a procedural mistake with the notice/agenda/materials and deadlines for tonight’s meeting. The meeting will be renotified for the July 12th agenda and the applicant has asked for an indefinite postponement. An indefinite postponement isn’t actually indefinite; it’s up to a maximum of 6 months. The applicant must schedule the PC meeting within 6 months and pay a renotification fee. If they don’t, the case expires. If they want to start it back up after that they have to pay significant re-filing fees and start at the beginning. I’m sorry I didn’t notify you before tonight! Please share this information with any neighbors you think may be interested.” I guess we shall see what happens!

Hey neighbors. Wanted to share that about 4am my dog alerted me to some activity and I looked out the window to find two people stealing, what I presume to be, a catalytic converter from a resident’s car. I called 911 but it was too late and I couldn’t catch the license plate as they sped off. I left a note on the car it happened to. (So sorry this happened to you!) Please stay diligent. I know catalytic converters are a hot commodity. I’m not sure how to prevent the theft of them, but I wanted to make sure y’all were alerted to the activity. Stay safe.

Gym wipe down supplies need refill!

There is a brown/dark brown tabby cat roaming around Building 2. Is she/he yours? They are very friendly, curious, well-fed and well-groomed. It's pretty cold outside and they walked right into my apartment (but wanted to leave soon after). Please find them if they belong to you!

The mailboxes are back in action!!

Dear Resident, Could you please help take out your clothes ASAP after completed or leave your empty basket in the gym's washer? Not only your washer cannot work and must rely on gym's washer, several other people do as well. Very often residents are contending for the only washer in gym, and wait for the previous one person to take out their clothes so that next one can use! thanks!

Good morning residents, The code to get to the gym isn’t working (9042)anyone would be aware of the new code! Also it’s been over 8 weeks since my washer and dryer hasn’t been working i put it in a work order a while back! It’s so inconvenient to keep washing to keep using the gym’s. Hi Manager, Could you please help fix the mailbox ASAP so that it can receive mail normally? I don't have a car and I need to work during weekdays, how can I frequently go to that far-away post office? I have some important mail to receive this week. If the mailbox cannot be fixed in this or next week, could you please help figure a way to help residents who don't have car receive mails? thanks

Any idea what happened to the mail boxes? Two of them are bashed in and all of the doors are just sitting open unattended. And like usual no one is in the front office to help. I had important mail in there and it’s now gone.
